SQUATCH IT LTD aims to trade responsibly across our brands and marketplace stores. We expect suppliers and brands we work with to operate lawfully, treat workers fairly and provide accurate product information.

• No child labour, forced labour, modern slavery or human trafficking.
• Safe working conditions, legal wages and legal working hours.
• Respectful treatment and no discrimination, harassment or abuse.
• Accurate product information and genuine product claims.
• Responsible environmental practices where possible.

Suppliers and Brands We Work With

We aim to work with suppliers and brands who publish or confirm ethical, fair-trading, animal welfare, sustainability or labour-related standards.

• Ancient Wisdom: fair-trading focused wholesale supplier used for selected products.
• Something Different Wholesale: supplier with a published Ethical Trading Policy and membership of The Giftware Association.
• Satya Incense: stocked brand known for vegan/cruelty-free positioning, female empowerment values and labour standards, where supported by supplier or brand documentation.

Review

If concerns are raised about a supplier or product claim, we will review the available information and may request evidence, pause purchasing or stop working with a supplier where serious concerns remain unresolved.
