Suppliers working with SQUATCH IT LTD should confirm, or work towards, responsible standards for labour, product accuracy, packaging and environmental practice.
Supplier Expectations
- No child labour, forced labour, bonded labour, trafficked labour or slave labour.
- Safe and hygienic working conditions.
- Legal wages, legal working hours and compliance with local laws.
- Fair treatment with no discrimination, harassment or abuse.
- Accurate product descriptions and genuine certifications only.
- No counterfeit goods.
- No misleading vegan, cruelty-free, recycled, Fairtrade or eco claims.
- Responsible packaging and environmental responsibility where possible.
- Cooperation with reasonable evidence requests.
Serious or unresolved breaches may end the supplier relationship.
Supplier Onboarding Questions
- Can you confirm that no child, forced, bonded, trafficked or slave labour is used?
- Do you have an ethical trading, labour, sustainability or animal welfare policy?
- Can you provide product safety, material or certification evidence where relevant?
- Are product claims such as vegan, cruelty-free, recycled, Fairtrade or eco supported by documentation?
- What packaging materials are used, and can lower-waste options be supplied where possible?
- How are worker safety, legal wages and legal working hours managed?
